Our philosophy is to teach our athletes to move better through practice; to use novelty (not the same ‘ol stuff day in and day out) and intensity to create a fun environment of constant progress; to utilize education and technology to enhance results. Our use of technology helps athletes understand the “state” of their bodies so they train at the most effective and efficient level to reach and sustain their goals.
There has been a movement in the fitness industry, driven in large part by the tremendous growth of CrossFit and boot camps, that all exercise must be highly intense and be done often, which is not how our bodies heal and flourish. People are individuals with very unique needs in terms of movement, stimulus and nutrition. Our use of technology will shed light on this in order to provide the most appropriate coaching and programming for the client on any given day.
