How Does CrossFit Work?
CrossFit is an hour-long group fitness class, scalable (which just means we can make adjustments) to meet any individual’s needs. Each class will be lead by a coach, who will demonstrate movements and help members improve technique and maintain healthy movement.

You are welcome to come and observe one of our group sessions any time. CrossFit is an infinitely scalable program and suits all levels of age and fitness – we pride ourselves in helping our members determine the best fit program that we offer to help you accomplish your goals!
What differentiates Streamline CrossFit
The benefit of Streamline CrossFit, is our ability to help members reach health and fitness goals without under training or over training. This allows members to reach goals quicker, whether it be weight loss, increased strength, better endurance or body composition change without the risk of injury or otherwise creating excess stress on the body that produces negative results. Our unique use of technology, including HRV and Heart Rate Based training, helps mitigate the problems associated with over training or under training.
We understand that modern day life for families is stressful and excessive training may aggravate the balance of hormones and lead to metabolic syndrome, thus causing a potential disease state. Alternatively if one does not train with enough frequency, intensity and volume they may never reach a state of good health. Our protocol will help take the mystery out of training and simplify living a healthy life.

What if I am already really fit?
We understand that you are really keen and want to get involved, we can’t wait to have you in the groups! CrossFit is very different to any training you may have done before and it is important that everyone goes through the same introductory course, Fundamentals. Trust me; you will be glad you made the commitment when you begin.
