- Our Fundamentals Course consists of Four 1:1 or small group introductory classes where you get exposure to fundamental movements and safe form. During these sessions coaches will also orient you to all of the options and benefits available to you at Streamline CrossFit.
- CrossFit Groups class is a coached group setting class with unique programming each day (WOD – Workout of the Day) designed to achieve better fitness and wellness. The class design consists of movements to enhance 10 physical skills:
Improved endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, and accuracy
- Perhaps you are more comfortable in a one-on-one setting or with a few close friends. Our Personal Training or Small Group Coaching option can be a perfect fit for you. It may be that you’re needing to work around a particular schedule as well and want to maximize the time or really concentrate on a particular goal or skill – this is a great service to utilize.
- You may have some specific needs and goals in mind so Personal Programming would be the best fit for you. You would like the guidance and knowledge of a coach, programming to fit your needs and providing guidance, so Personal Programming will be your best-fit option. Or, perhaps you are not needing your program customized specifically for you, but you are wanting to hone in on your Weightlifting skills and techniques – this programming may be your best-fit option!
- Our CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens class is scheduled twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Kids are at 5 p.m. and Teens at 6. The Kids class is targeted for our younger athletes 10 and under while teens starts at 11/12.
- For individuals that want the freedom and space of a CrossFit gym to follow their own programming or Streamline programming without the coaching and structure of a class, Open Gym will be the perfect selection or add-on. Many folks like to utilize this to practice and perfect moves they are utilizing in their personal coaching or small group classes – it also gives membership flexibility to their schedule so that no one misses their opportunity to exercise!
