  1. How do I get started? - Check out our schedule and show up 5min before to get set up on free week and waiver.

  2. Saturday workouts? - We have a free workout for anyone to join every Saturday at 9:30

  3. Personal Training or Nutrition Support? - We have a staff of excellent coaches that can work with you 1 on 1 to guide you towards your goals!

  4. Can I use the gym outside of class times? - You may use the Gym if it doesn't interrupt class and you have an active membership.
